PROJECT PLANNING & PROJECT SCHEDULING

CLIENT SIDE/ASSET OWNERS: Because we understand every stakeholder needs to be unified and have task clarity to ensure project success in large projects, we assist project owners/clients to develop well-rounded and easy to use Integrated Master Schedules with accompanying deliverables on study, greenfield, brownfield and shutdown projects. We undertake schedule assessment for contract compliance.
CONTRACTORS & SUBCONTRACTORS: Whether it is a Tender schedule, an extensive baseline schedule, shutdown schedule, Database set-up and Policy or Process development, we produce high quality deliverables. For some small subcontractors, obtaining, setting up and managing a P6 or OPP license and having a full-time scheduler is simply not a reality. We bridge this gap by providing seamless and easy project planning, scheduling and control solutions using ours.
PRIMAVERA 6 (P6) TRAINING: We offer flexible Primavera (P6) online training. This P6 Professional Fundamentals course shows you how to use the software program to manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. By completing our customized hands on training, you will be able to swiftly implement the knowledge and skills on the job.

STAFFING

We provide experienced and dedicated Project Planners/Schedulers, Cost Controllers, Health and Safety Advisors and Engineers for full time, part time, casual or leave cover.

DELAY CLAIMS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In times of dispute, we prepare and also assess Extension of Time (EOT) claims and counter claims, claims advisory and dispute resolution for Client and Subcontractors.
